Are you Interested in getting into flow state?

Flow experience or flow state is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of concentration, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process. We can find 9 components in flow experience. These components can be checkpoints to know and feel the flow experience better. Just like we need a visa to pass through a checkpoint and enter the nation, our journey of flow consists of the 9 territories and fruitfulness, prosperity and satisfaction on these promised lands that are waiting for us.

1. Clear goals

2. Challenge-skills balance

3. Unambiguous feedback

4. Focused attention

5. Merging of action and awareness

6. Sense of control

7. Loss of self-consciousness

8. Distortion of time

9. Intrinsic motivation (Autotelism)
